Service Description

This is a version of the traditional leadership lunch and learn where topics are selected by an executive. Usually a leadership model or competency is reviewed and a few stories from within the organization are shared. Leaders are placed into break out groups to explore how to apply concepts back in the workplace. This can be offered monthly, 10 times per year or as requested.
