SWEETLAND CONSULTING

Sweetland Consulting was established to help organizations develop leaders and manage talent more effectively.  The founder, Rob Sweetland, decided to pursue a life-long dream of consulting after spending over 25 years working in large organizations.  Rob's early experience as a United States Army Officer and an Operations Manager for Dell Computer shaped his perceptions about leadership and people management.  During his early years, Rob experimented with different leadership styles and management techniques while working in combat zones in the Middle East and in high-volume manufacturing plants in the US.  He shares many of these lessons learned and can help bring out lessons from your leaders to share among the team to drive higher productivity, engagement and retention.

Rob gained significant talent management and coaching experience while working for BMC Software, BG Group, BP and most recently at Aggreko.  His unique background in operations management, human resources and supply chain management has enabled him to learn and apply best practices and help others to achieve higher levels of team productivity.  Rob's most recent experience was Global Head of Leadership Development and Talent Management at Aggreko.  He gained valuable insights helping executives share their leadership priorities by hosting virtual leadership forums where small teams of leaders would engage in topics to help drive results and support change initiatives across the company.
