Service Description

Accountability group coaching (4-6 week programs) leaders are grouped together to support the implementation of an action plan. Each leader choses an area to improve and follows a coaching process to drive accountability. This intervention can be used with a variety of audiences to include high potentials, employees on a retention/succession plan, new hires, frontline leaders, etc.
